Im not very good at judging this, but I believe he got gonial implants.

Im sure most ppl have seen this clip of him, and this is the first time I've seen someone's jaw flare to the side BEHIND THE MASSETER.

I do believe he got a rhinoplasty early on too, his nose used to have a bump I think

You might be cooking with the limb lengthening because someone on reddit said he was definitely 5'10 then recently last year someone who is 6'2 met him and said he was barely taller than him. Consistently frauding 4 inches is insane but even further he height mogged kshami who is 5'11 so it's really interesting
