Me going off on a tangent here... The implate stuff is cool but it seems like @RealSurgerymax has the superior version. Both are the same idea, plate doubling up as an implant, but I like the tweaks that Giant has (some mentioned here https://looksmax.org/threads/can-yo...bimax-at-the-same-time.1429396/#post-22055030)

The best approach might be a Giant design in combo with Ramieri. However, whilst we know Giant can work with Ramieri, I don't know if they've ever done an implate-type case together where they don't just use Giant's design in terms of shape/dimensions but actually his whole system. It might not be as simple as it sounds because Ram has a particular way of doing his implates

Will he offer this implant technique with genio alone or it HAS to be accompanied with BSSO, also I can't really see the advantage of this over traditional jaw angles other than adding mass along the entire mandible (which is good if needed).

I ask because the genio plate is usually front facing, just connects the top and bottom of the separated parts
