Surgery consultation with dr rameiri

Anyone got an online consult with dr rameiri this November or December and will swap for one in januaury?

paying good money!

I advice you go meet him in person straight after seeing his trusted Black pilled ortho Fiorello in Rome

I went to Fiorello on Ramieri 's behalf so Fiorello did a first diagnosis report of hypomandibula and curve of spee despite good arch support so opted for surgery first approach

He will do also dental scans required for your teeth mold and then call Ramieri himself so he puts you on review list

Costed only 90€ while dental scans at bluepilled Ortho in my country France were 270€ and these local blue pilled ortho put me on braces for conservative bimax and refused to work with Ramieri so I ditched them around 2 months and removed braces for eventually Fiorello admitting I didn't needed braces anymore as Ramieri now prefers surgery first when it's doable

While in October 2024 online consult with Ramieri, he told me I should surely do décompensation braces for 1 year before surgery, though he only had webcam and my face beyond it showing and I didn't had any x rays, dental scans to show him but glad I waited for another year as Ramieri agreed to surgery first in my case and he got his new implante MCW technique of one block titanium for whole lower third complex so worth the delay in the end

I’m needing decomposition to reverse retraction orthadontics, so can’t really do surgery first.

Can I see ur before and after ?

Didn't plan surgery until late 2026 due to professional restraint this year and I want to be second batch patient for new implante MCW technique, would do a tread on it in 2027

Why did ortho fucked your teeth? For bimax bluepilled préparation?

4.5-5mm LF 1, 11-13 mm BSS0 and 7 mm sagittal genio / 5 mm vertical , ramus widening and 4.5-5mm downgrafting for overbite class 2 and flat sunken paranasal but will ask for new implante new 2025 MCW technique it's basically a one block titanium for both bsso and genio plates and adding mandible body width like MCW but with no step off

MCW technique is where he uses a ,,long'' implate covering almost the whole mandible bone for no step off at the genio too?

Yes but Ramieri recently improved technique and use single titanium block for both bsso and genio plates all along mandible called 'implante'

I love how we’re all planning on getting the Implate technique. I need custom genio which advanced, widens and heightens, a small bit of downgrafting, 7-8mm BSSO and 4-5mm LF1

I would advise you read Ramieri’s recent publication on his implate technique:


I’m gonna get this hopefully late 2026, or early 2027 once I’ve moneymaxxed

Glad I've waited and postponed bimax to late 2026 too, implante really is the new goat to fix weak narrow lower third with natural osteotomies and Ramieri 's aesthetics learning curve since 2022-2023 is growing fast

Glad he keeps his best male ascension private and publish conservative results on his Instagram

I was originally scheduled for February but I wanted to be put on a waiting list and now got my consultation November 12th :lul:

same here, I have to wait till late 2026 because I also need expand laterally via mse. Good thing im moneymaxxed already.

I can't swap unfortunately but I would simply email or WhatsApp them saying you want to be put on a waiting list. I asked to be put on a waiting list like 3 weeks ago and right away got scheduled for November, Im sure you can find a sooner dare

Me going off on a tangent here... The implate stuff is cool but it seems like @RealSurgerymax has the superior version. Both are the same idea, plate doubling up as an implant, but I like the tweaks that Giant has (some mentioned here https://looksmax.org/threads/can-yo...bimax-at-the-same-time.1429396/#post-22055030)

The best approach might be a Giant design in combo with Ramieri. However, whilst we know Giant can work with Ramieri, I don't know if they've ever done an implate-type case together where they don't just use Giant's design in terms of shape/dimensions but actually his whole system. It might not be as simple as it sounds because Ram has a particular way of doing his implates

slt, désole de te déranger. Enfait t'as fait en premier la consultation en ligne avec Ramieri, ou en premier le rdv avec la clinique ortho avec Fiorello. Au debut je pensais qu'il fallait faire le rdv en ligne avec Ramieri pour les patients internationaux, mais toi t'as pas fait ca ?

Consultations en ligne Ramieri puis j'ai demandé le contact d'un ortho de confiance a Rome puis la secrétaire de Ramieri m'a donné l'adresse de Fiorello

Will he offer this implant technique with genio alone or it HAS to be accompanied with BSSO, also I can't really see the advantage of this over traditional jaw angles other than adding mass along the entire mandible (which is good if needed).

I ask because the genio plate is usually front facing, just connects the top and bottom of the separated parts

21k sans compter les 5000-7000 d'orthodontie si malocclusion après seulement si surgery first, ou avant et après surgery

Ça t'a prix combien de temps pour avoir un rendez-vous ,et dans combien de temps l'opération se fera après se rendez vous selon ton expérience.Et tu pense c'est possible d'avoir surgery first avec classe 2 même si j'ai eu de l'orthodentie de camouflage ?

Seul Fiorello peut étudier ton cas avec des x rays facial frontal and profile puis dental scan 3D

Moi j'ai une recession de la mandibule bien visible mais pas extreme , donc gros movements justifiés mais j'ai des arches dentaires assez larges et pas étroites donc la place pour faire surgery en premier et puis seulement orthodontie.

Mais si tu n'a pas de recession mandibulaire significative, un shirt lower third, une bonne occlusion, un palais trop étroit, pas de downgrowth, tu pourrais être dans ce cas écarté d'un cas de surgery first

When i try to schedule a consult it's in march so it's a bit long but he has a lot of patient so that's normal ,i would like to know how did you get your consultation sonner, because i will do one in march if he is only available then but if i can get it sooner like you it would help

im getting trimax with implants, we will start planning ind depth 6b months before surgery
