Attractive features are those that represent good function and health.
Unattractiveness always comes with problems in performing certain gestures correctly, or feeling discomfort in different parts of your body.
The problem with all the procedures listed above is that they do not restore good function.
I would say fat grafts, injections like filler and botox and implants are by far the worst. By doing these procedures you are literally putting a patch on things. This is why most people that get these procedures may look decent in pictures but are usually very uncanny in motion. Of course there is also the risk of getting botched.
It's also easy to tell when someone had something like a fat graft done on them, and it's a really negative halo. It's like getting caught wearing make up or insoles.
With surgery it's a little bit better. Since here you are actually moving your bones you are restoring some function.
Many people that have surgeries on their jaws for example, usually fix their tmj disorder if they had one or start breathing better. This doesn't happen with other procedures (with the only exception of botox that could help with tmj if put on the masseter)
That's why surgery always looks better and especially has a low risk of making you look uncanny. It's also hard for people to tell you had something done if they didn't know you before.
The problem is that it's still not good enough. If you have a problem in your jaw you also have problems in your eyes, neck, ribcage, pelvis, feet, arms... This is why a lot of people relapse after surgery, you have only adressed a small part of the problem.
I have a whole thread about why surgery is mostly cope, but there are a few cases where I would recommended it. Every other procedure must be avoided like the plague.
