To fix my overbite im getting lefort 1, and to reduce my chin point im getting reduction genioplasty, attached is the imaging from my surgeon. Can someone please explain which image corelates to which surgical procedure? And can someone tell me what the most aesthetically pleasing results would be from the images? Like from the after images which looks the best?

Presumably if he's getting a Lefort to fix an overbite, it means he's having his maxilla moved backward. Though I guess he meant to say underbite since the proposed tracing shows a small maxillary advancement

Meant to say underbite

Yeah if it was a overbite he would just have his mandibula advanced by a few mm
