If you have a good phenotype, ok height, decent base with a lack if fixable failos and don’t need 1000 surgeries then you’ll definitely see major progress. Furthermore, most goodlooking people/surgery patients are greycels with 12 posts, i know this from experience since like 3 users here are getting OBO with 120 posts combined, after all what would you gain by posting on a viral incel forum that you got cosmetic surgery as a man ? surgeries arent a miracle, nor are they useless or a cope. surgeries is to fix flaws that are actually flaws and that are relatively easily fixable. if you are giga subhumans with tons of unfixable failos, surgery wont do shit for you. Neither would softmaxxing. However if you have a good "starting base" but maybe 1-2 noticeable flaws that ruin your appearence and that can be fixed with surgeries, surgery can ascend you. If you have a very ugly nose, soft maxxing wont fix your ugly nose. From the postings here I recall that surgeries such as rhinoplasty, hair transplants, bimax, genioplasty ascended the most people. the problem is you only need to know your starting base and what is it that breaks your face. Usually most people here have 1-2 things that breaks their face. the average dude here isnt even ugly.

in conclusion:
Hardmaxxing like getting surgeries can ascend you if you are the candidate for it. there is enough proof here. the best is the user kota.
