The ISSUE with surgery is that it is not good enough yet. I.e., its not the fact that we know its surgery, it looks bad because we can SEE that its surgery - if we can see that its surgery, it means its not mimicking good genetics well enough. Faces are extremely complex and tiny milimeters matters a lot. Harmony matters a lot.
