how do you go about getting surgery intelligently?
how do you get surgery without it looking so obvious or almost fake looking. specifically face implants. is it the patients fault in choosing a surgery that isn't there biggest issue? i feel as if that's many of the cases i see. they will get a jaw or chin implant then they clearly have recessed lower jaw and would have benefitted from a bimax or bsso. or many people when there just still very fat and have no clue what they could look like leaner. when are implants a good option for zygos or gonial angle?

Wouldnt fat grafting be way better and more natural for zygos

cant you lose that fat tho if you go to a lower bf.

If you lose alot of fat you could lose the volume, cause the fat cells shrink. But you can get it back if you get the fat back
