surviving djs alone in a 3rd country

hey guys,
just thought i would share my experience getting trimax by myself in a 3rd country.


i am from canada and travelled to mexico on the 10th then i did a consultation with my surgeon on the 11th and then had trimax on the 12th. surgery took 1 hour 45 minutes


the surgeon only did 4 mm chin advancement because he said 6 mm looked weird.
it was brutal day 1 because of anaesthesia i had to throw up in a cup. i stayed only 1 night in the hospital post op where the nurses took care of me
especially since i dont speak spanish i had to use google translate which was funny


after that i came back to my airbnb where i have been taking care of myself
now this part is brutal
i am 3 days post op and my first day back in air bnb was brutal.
now i want to talk about pros and cons of the surgery


i dont think most people should get a trimax unless the bite is fucked beyond repair
i know i got it but i think i could have ascended more by just using chin filler and other filler
tbh i just got influenced by social media and this forum and i am not too pussy to admit it


if you want to get it anyway at least dont do it alone


i might actually have descended from the front but its only 3 days post op lets see what i look like after
overall tho i think it built an incredible amount of resilience i am still not in the clear yet and might have complications but so far so good

with only a few incisions inside my mouth i wanted to kms
i have no idea how anyone can survive the post op of le forte 2

feels pretty bad rn just drinking and eating is hard to do but 3 days post op i am getting better ( i hope )


no implants for me i have realized i need to phenomax first i think i am going to hop on hydroquonine and colored contacts to first look less indian and then do DIY filler
the only other surgeries i think are rhino and fat grafting for me
i am considering cantho but might be too risky not sure
also i used to be a gymcel and my physique is in the garbage so maybe just get that back first
i feel too old for this shit i am 25

i feel that just turned 20 years wasted arent going to come back but that doesnt mean the fate of the future cant be changed so get on those contacts asap imma hop on them too and atleast the gyms going to come back fast due to muscle memory

yeah 25 is not that old if i take care of skin and hair i will age fine
i think its just smarter to do filler and stuff rather than actual crazy procedures cheaper too

swelling is peak rn because its 3 days post op i also got buccal fat removal during the surgery which is adding to the swelling
the good thing is my philtrum seems to have survived ( no chimp lip so far) but yeah i know what you mean i feel dogmaxxed and underadvanced at the same time

I know it’s hard, it’ll be ok tho dw.
I also felt some of the weirdest bad and nihilistic during the first 5 days.

i have an absolute perfect bite and i still want to get trimax. is it wrong? and then most importantly, do you have a long face? like only a genio and small bsso is not a trimax is it?
