We know low bf is extremely masculine

We also know calorie restriction is a short step from fucking up your hormones to a low t bitch with no life or hope

You see the conflict., what should a natural guy focus on? how to be lean and cut and still eat calories to be anabolic..

My best guess is trying to have a very high activity level each day and eating close maintenance, not under
 
I achieve it by being fat adapted, being on carnivore diet (<50g carbs / day) + exercising

I eat 3000+ calories a day yet can maintain 10% bf this way

but yea., I can change my test by about 33 % from a bad state to good state, so there is room for improvement

tongkat ali is very hard to find where I live unfortunately

I take ash regularly. Also boron, vit-d.
