Sunlight is the best way to get it (From April-September the sunlight is strong enough to produce vitamin D)

As long as you don't over do it (More than 15 minutes) It should be ok.

not necessarily, if the uv index is extremely high those 15 minutes could be detrimental, its moreso about the uv index and when you go out that matters

Dairy products contain vitamin D too.
 
The artificial pills are not digesting well, so you’re not observing it good

And for hair rape and collagen… you can wear a hat and apply SPF50 PA++++ every time you go out

All you need is to be 30 minutes in the sun a day, stop looking for other ways to be lazy
