1. buy it from indiamart (dm me 4 source)
2. taz > tret - taz is the stronger version of tret basically.
3. once you finish 0.1 tret get started with 0.05 taz

Bought it from a pharmacist in italy Brah
Also i have tret 0,1% and isotretinoin 0,05%
Isotret 0,05% gel is cope ?
