Tazarotene help

On skinorac they only have 0.1, whereas I'd need 0.05. If it's my first time using it should I not go straight to 0.1?

Well, you can always dilute it to 0.05% by just mixing equal parts of the 0.1% cream with a cream base (readily available online). So, if the tazarotene cream 0.1% is available in 100g volume for example, mix it with 100g of a cream base and you’ll now have 0.05%

Also, regarding jumping straight to 0.1%, I don’t think it’s a problem at all, unless you have very sensitive skin. Women are usually the ones that need to start on the lowest strengths and gradually develop tolerance. Just don’t use an insane amount. Use sparingly and in a consistent fashion
