Damn bro this is brutal, you desperetely need a bone borne expander like Marpe/FME look into JawHacks on youtube. DO NOT get braces or a tooth borne expander it will mess you up.

idk bro, my mom didn’t breastfeed me when i was an infant, and i was a swimmer since kid so mouth breath a lot, my teeth don’t like humane, i avoid talking to people in public
