Thats insane how bad cutting <dieting> is for you

Finally, since around 3 weeks of my cutting termination. I finally feel motivated and let's call it "anxious" that I'm not gonna make it

- I have more energy
- I want to part and socialize
- Im attracted to women
-Im anxious about my life, I feel the motivation that comes from the pressure that I'm a loser and time is passing
- much higher sex drive <from 2/10 to 7/10>
- 0 time wasted for greg doucette's videos and other fitnesscels (but still like and respect them)
I've almost given up the gym <lose purpose> but didnt give up. Neck is everything, I like the progress + miring
hot student stacies at the gym

Cutting is a death for my life

inb4 fat face
went from like 12 to 19% and basically 0 face difference

couldnt make it in the long term
If you are an endo like me <or just someone with a certain set point> you would have to eat like 2600-2800 kcal per day
until forever - its undoable, theres gonna be a point in life when you gonna binge and everything is over
I tried maintanece for like a wweek but gave up because still I was thinking about food.
Moreover, I tried a minor deficit, I tried d3, I tried diet breaks, I tried IF, I tried high fats - nothing helpd
felt like shit, felt no energy and whats most important - no motivation to life

Its easy to cut imo if you have money so you afford high density low calorie food that taste good people torture themselves on diets with garbage foods

Sounds like low T to me.
I ate a kilo of fish and other meat the other day and it amounted to 1600 kcals and i was full that day, you sound weak.

High protein food.Goddamn people here say "Get Looks or die trying" but theyre too lazy too even google basic shit or even cut right.

But chicken, tuna, nuts, milk, cheese, oats etc are cheap as fuck?

Yeah dude but milk is kinda high in cals for a cut but you could fit it in your diet, it just depends on your macros.You should also eat eggs cause thats a cheap high protein,low cal food.You could also buy protein powder but thats a bit more expensive.

Shit food, milk cheese red meat are good. Potatoes with butter and salt cheap and nice. Ripe fruit if can afford,ifnot OJ concentrate
