7AM: Wake up, shower, and consoom morning stack
7:30AM: two buttered waffles
8:00AM: school
12:20PM: lunch of 2 cartons of chocolate milk, slice of beef pizza, cheeseburger, and orange
2-3PM: return from school
3:30: consume preworkout and piece of fruit (apple, banana)
3:50PM: workout
5PM: finish workout, consume whey shake, ice cream, ramen, 6oz of salmon
7PM: have glass of milk with nesquik powder
8:30PM: consoom nighttime stack
9:00PM: sleep
repeat
I already went from like 140 to 142 (morning naked and shitted/pissed weight) by like a week or two of this btw
