The amount of plastic surgeons in the USA who would unironically give you an aesthetic lefort 3 or orbital box osteotomy

Easily well over 100 out of the 3,000 practicing board certified plastic surgeons in the USA not to mention more like 150 when we also count maxfac's

Literally stop coping that it is impossible to get.

And also stop fucking asking this small website who to go to and get off your lazy ass to find them yourself. If you save the money you probably won't even have to leave your state you lazy high-inhib coping fuck.

There are dozens of craniofacial fellowships in the USA that graduate 1 or 2 new plastic or maxfac surgeons every year as craniofacial sub-specialists. So there are hundreds of surgeons that do it. Just 100 who will do it for cosmetic / non-syndrome is a conservative number.

Tldr:
Stop coping, get OBO/LF3

25% of all eyecels need OBO to have good eye area. Almond eye will not be enough.

I don’t think you really understand the magnitude of a LeFort III operation. It is not simple and clean like it appears in an illustration or diagram. It is a procedure that has a lot of aesthetic trade-offs from the scalp scar down to the bony irregularities across the the nose to the cheeks. It is far from being an aesthetic operation. Because of the scope of the surgery and the numerous other issues that it causes, it is reversed for those patients in whom the magnitude of the problem makes even these aesthetic trade-offs worthwhile. (in other words they have significant functional issues) This is far from the case of a purely aesthetic patient who seeks to just have their eye appearance improved.

A coasting soon to retire plastic surgeon who has built a more than comfortable $2M a year name-brand private practice doing simple implants is done doing lefort 3s... surprising

No lefort 3 and OBO for cranium base

It’s a balance for plastic surgeons. They want to do a good enough job for you to be satisfied with their work, but juuust not good enough for you to be completely satisfied with the way you look. They will want you to keep coming back for more so you spend more money on them and they keep getting richer.

plastic surgeons aren’t in your best interests. They just say they are.

Craniofacial plastic surgeon at university hospital or or craniomaxillofacial surgeon has enough to keep them busy.

Its the ones in private practice that want you coming back for your filler and botox

That’s true didn’t think of that. But in my mind I was thinking of Botox and fillers I was just too retarded to type out what I was thinking

Not for a lefort 3.

Create a plan and work with a few surgeons.

You got everything you need to ascend with South Korean surgeons at a descent price.

Tbh i agree but i don't see it as mainstream or "perfected" enough to be viable as a cosmetic procedure in the same way as a bimax has been.

Its still in its primitive stages. Maybe in the next few decades it will be at that level with better techniques.

I see some surgeons using distraction for their lefort 3 ect.

It is the ultimate procedure and fixes the entire face at its root problem which is bones.

Lefort 3s do have its limitations.

It doesnt fix a crooked or hooked nose like a rhino plasty

It doesnt fix droppy eye lids like ptosis surgery

It leaves a massive frankenstein scar across your head.

It doesnt give almond eye shape like canthoplasty

It doesnt cover the mandible or chin so more work is needed.

A lefort 3 will just give a workable base, but then you will need a host of surgeries to fine tune ontop. Its best left for syndromic patients.

From what i have gathered a trimax + rhino + almond eye surgery ascends a face

check a show called "let me in korea" they also do indonesia , they do massive transformations.

These kinds of patients benefit from a lefort 3.

Note the scar.

I have seen your pics, you are not close to syndromic.

So many surgeons are fine tuning surgeries like a bimax and almond eye wheras lefort 3 is still in its caveman stages

Its x100 better to have a cosmetic bimax by Dr Ramieri, Dr Raffaini ect. Who have mastered aesthetics.

+
Almond eye surgery by Taban or Dr Yrcek who specialise in aesthstics

Then to go to a surgeon who can only do functional lefort 3.

The prices would be the same tbh.

I understand what your saying tbqh but i'm trying to augment the entire midfacial area i mean a modified lefort 3 with implants could do just as well i guess tbqh

It is what is is.

I tried to find a solution to advance the midface but the closest thing is infraorbital malar implants + almond eye surgery. (Orbital decompression)

This is the closest you will get without going down the lefort 3 route.

Its not a true advacement but you can add on perks such as ptosis surgery if needed canthoplasty, lower eyelid retraction. Ect

I would even say in most people it would lead to better aesthetics results then just advancing the midface with a lefort 3 like a caveman and having that giant scar across your whole skull.

The thing is that result you got to keep in mind didn't include a rotation i think @RealSurgerymax said he actually obtained more downwards growth of the maxilla post operation i've seen many good lefort 3 results tbqh
