I don’t have to tell anyone how important sleep is for your loox aswell as your bone development and cortisol levels. This has helped me get rid of my eyeballs I have had forever, clear my skin up and keep my face debloated waking up in the morning.
Here’s what I do to get the most out of MY sleep.
• It’s important to stop eating 40 minutes before going to bed, this WILL cause you to be bloated in the morning from my experience
• No blue lights (any screens)
• Watch the sunset that will tell your brain that it’s turning night aswell as help it relax
• Read a book for a couple of minutes to get yourself to think of other things
• Keep your head higher then your spine if sleeping on side (asymmetry from sleeping on your side is outter cope just make sure to switch side)
Extras
• If you have red light conversion glasses use them although they are not canon
• If you are going to jerk off do it before you sleep since it sends out oxytocin and endorphins which helps to calm down your body
