THE COMPLETE NOOTROPICS MASTERCLASS
MASTER INDEX & NAVIGATION HUB
FOUNDATIONS • COMPOUNDS • IMPLEMENTATION • REFERENCE

The Complete Nootropics Masterclass — neural atlas

This is the front door to the entire masterclass. Start from the beginning, jump directly to a compound class, or use the practical and reference volumes when you need them.

CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE

  • New to nootropics? Read Volumes 1 and 2 first. They explain the nervous system, pharmacology, sleep, metabolism, diet, exercise, and the health foundations that determine whether a compound can actually help you.
  • Looking for compounds? Volume 3 is the complete compound atlas, divided into eleven navigable parts by mechanism and use.
  • Trying to learn or perform better? Volumes 4, 6, and 7 cover mindfulness, learning, neurotechnology, implementation, and goal-specific cognitive enhancement.
  • Evaluating evidence or safety? Volume 5 explains research, measurement, sourcing, and risk management.
  • Need a quick reference? Volume 8 contains the public appendices and reference tools.

STAGE I — UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM BEFORE YOU MODIFY IT

From cellular energy to neurons, synapses and pharmacology

VOLUME 1
FOUNDATIONS, NEUROSCIENCE & PHARMACOLOGY

The conceptual foundation: nervous-system organization, brain anatomy, neurons, neurotransmitters, receptors, plasticity, metabolism, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, solubility, individual variability, and the major ways cognition breaks down.

VOLUME 2
HEALTH FOUNDATIONS BEFORE NOOTROPICS

The biological base layer: sleep, circadian rhythm, energy production, diet, fats, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, exercise, insulin sensitivity, inflammation, oxidative stress, vascular health, environmental bottlenecks, and why health determines cognitive output.

STAGE II — THE COMPOUND ATLAS

The compound atlas — molecular classes and neural systems

VOLUME 3: THE LIST OF COMPOUNDS
Eleven parts, organized so you can jump directly to the system or class you care about.

STAGE III — TURN INFORMATION INTO PERFORMANCE

Mindfulness, learning, research and implementation

VOLUME 4
MINDFULNESS, LEARNING & NEUROTECHNOLOGY

Non-compound cognitive enhancement: attention training, learning architecture, memory, deliberate practice, brain stimulation, neurofeedback, and technologies that change the way you train the system.

VOLUME 5
RESEARCH, MEASUREMENT, SAFETY & SOURCING

How to tell whether something actually worked: reading evidence, separating signal from expectation, measuring cognition, designing personal trials, recognizing red flags, and evaluating product identity and quality.

VOLUME 6
PRACTICAL NOOTROPIC IMPLEMENTATION

The operating manual: establishing a baseline, changing one variable at a time, timing, administration, monitoring, interactions, cycling, washouts, and building a protocol that can survive contact with real life.

VOLUME 7
GOAL-SPECIFIC COGNITIVE ENHANCEMENT

Match the intervention to the bottleneck: focus, learning, endurance, creativity, motivation, social performance, stress resilience, sleep-related performance, and other concrete cognitive goals.

STAGE IV — THE REFERENCE LIBRARY

The public appendices and reference library

VOLUME 8
PUBLIC APPENDICES & REFERENCE TOOLS

The compact reference layer for revisiting terminology, comparisons, evidence, safety, measurement, sourcing, and the practical checklists used throughout the masterclass.

THE MASTERCLASS IN ONE SENTENCE

Understand the machine, repair the bottlenecks, choose the intervention, measure the result, and never confuse a stronger feeling with better cognition.

“OH MY GOODNESS. I AM FINALLY DONE WITH ALL OF THIS.”

The exhausted relief of finally finishing the complete masterclass

My neurons may now return to baseline.

Glucose and fructose, coupled with b vitamins, vinpocetine and rapid and deep breathing while concentrating is also a good cognitive enhancer if you're doing high intensity cognitive work.

Need this. I’m studying for a field that requires a pretty extensive amount of reading and rapid memorization every single day. I’ve been needing something that keeps me motivated and able to quickly retrieve what I have learned alongside continued mental stamina.
