Surgeries like Cantho & Bleph can give the psuedo of longer PFL, but I know of no way to actually increase it.

Obsecure Canthopexy, elaborative canthopexies can certainly widen the pfl

drill hole canthopexy, lateral elastic canthopexy, can all widen PFL but im not going to get this done, other methods out there.

Is this like, the width of the supras which create the “lateral crease”?

You can sort of create that with elastic canthopexy / cog threads pulled laterally.

I’ve been on this mission to increase perceived PFL for years jfl, I’m getting close.
First I got a HT for narrow temples, that helped a little + minox for wider eyebrows, that helped a little + pluck eyebrows to increase the gap between them, that helped the most thus far, and now all I need is this, and my eyes will actually be high appeal.
My PFL is 33mm at the minute, with optimal IPD, but I’m failoed so hard by my subhuman ICD due to wide medial canthus.
