Introduction
This is the culmination of 3 years of trial and error, researching and studying, spanning back from 2023. I lost about 40 pounds throughout those years with this final version. It all started with a simple passion; I love eating. Like a lot. What I absolutely hate, however, is the fat and the bloating that comes with it. At the time, the major leanmaxxing methods included but were not limited to; Ozempic, DNP, and just putting the fork down. (There was also ECA, which I dabbled in - more on that later.) These all came with their own forms of restrictions, biggest of which for most of them was reducing caloric intake. That, I thought, was very lame. On top of this, with the exception of Ozempic, of course, would require large amounts of willpower, which would likely lead to a cheat day, then a cheat week, and then you gain back all the weight you fought so hard to lose. Thus, I gave up and just inhaled whatever food was in front of me, thanks to the mk-677 I was on.

What I later discovered was that I had the wrong idea overall. I was reading Chainsaw Man when I saw this foid that was able to indulge as much as she wanted and didn't gain weight.

Apart from the fairly obvious fact that this is a verse with superhuman abilities, and that this is fiction, and that its all basically wrong because of a goofy ahh plot twist, it still spawned a great idea in my head. What if, in this modern day and age where food is designed to be as addictive as possible, we could indulge to our heart's content? So I got to the drawing board.

The Rules
I decided to set a few rules to this method, as to not contradict what I wanted.
1. Anything done here cannot suppress hunger.
2. Ideally, we would want to avoid long term health effects from steroids*
3. The main goal is to raise metabolism, otherwise known as Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).

*These rules were made in 2023. I was very anti roid then, and I still somewhat am now. The most I've done is Connor Murphy's Natty+ protocol. (rip the goat) However, I understand that, to make this guide as applicable to you guys as possible, roids have to be included in the discussion, so whatevs. Everything in here will be rate 1-5 on effectiveness, from my intuition, research, and anecdotal experience. On top of this, I will link studies.
Other than that, let's get into it.

_

Part 1 - Lifestyle Changes
These should be mostly things that everyone is doing on a day to day basis. Inb4 "water", these are a lot of things people miss, and then they ask why they're such a fat chud with 52 steps in the whole day.

Fasting

The most important thing here I would say would be intermittent fasting, it serves as the base for this whole method, alongside the next two. Mostly the 16:8 fasting routine. Fasting is essential because it increases metabolism, through increasing HGH, insulin sensitivity, and norepinephrine, thereby increasing metabolism. "but it reduces how much you eat!!1!!" Technically yes. However, in your eating window, you're allowed to pig out. It's important to not that it helps a lot to eat a shit ton 2x a day vs 3x a day. If you want even better results, perhaps look into the 20:4 fasting routine or the OMAD diet.
Effectiveness: 3/5 - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7021351/

Liquids
You should only be drinking water with a ton of ice in it. I wish I didn't have to elaborate, but I do. EVERY single drink that is not water, protein shake, or an electrolyte drink (zero) is a complete waste of calories. If you must drink sodas or whatever goyslop drink you like, make sure it's zero calories. Add a shit ton of ice in it, since the body wastes more energy bringing itself back to its core temperature. This is called thermogenic metabolism. Studies have shown this raises metabolism by like 100-200 calories.
Effectiveness: 3/5 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14671205/ + https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2859815/

Food
This is the second set of bricks that will lay the foundation for this entire thing. Yes, it is essential to have a diet as close as possible to the carnivore diet. No, it is not cope. The body spends more energy digesting protein, and increases muscle mass, which increases metabolism. What we will see in the next few parts, muscle is extremely beneficial to this method. On top of this, consuming mainly meat will reduce cravings and space for empty calories, such as snacks. Very important not to snack throughout the day. Only have 2-3 big meals, they should make you full enough to not want to snack. However, it would be a healthy meat full, not the type of full that makes you want to vomit. Never eat until you're about to vomit, only eat up until you start feeling full. Dont eat bread regularly. I HATE bread! It's a whole lot of empty calories too. However, don't make the mistake of thinking carbs should be left out. They provide vital energy to the muscles through the form of glycogen. So, I recommend doing as I do, and consoom 50ish grams of carbs before a workout, and the rest should be meat. Speaking of working out...

Exercise
Don't expect to stay sedentary playing league of legends, and lose weight. You're simply retarded if you're inactive in 2026. You should be going to the gym, gaining muscle, since the more muscle you have, the higher your TDEE. Walk around everywhere in your university. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Every step counts. Every step burns calories. Make sure you're doing a sport/exercise every day where you're pushing yourself to your limit. Usually these sports burn lots of calories for like 30 min. I'm pretty sure boxing burns like 500-800 calories per hour, so that's a good start.
Effectiveness: 4/5 - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5556592/
Sleep
Through the laws of thermodynamics, you will lose weight if you're in a deficit even if you sleep like shit or like a baby. However, it would be foolish to say that sleep can assist the process. Bad sleep increases cortisol, reduces activity, and shits on insulin. Not to mention, bad sleep can lead to muscle breakdown, resulting in a lower potential TDEE.

Part 2 - Hormones
As promised, I will be talking about roids and some peptides here. Honestly, the previous section gets you 80% of the way there. However, some of you are already on these, or planning to use it for aesthetics.

Testosterone
Honestly you can probably even just cruise on TRT and mog everything I proposed beforehand. From my personal research, don't stray away from Test (Test is best, as said by Clavicular), and/or Connor Murphy's Natty+ Protocol, which boosts your natural testosterone levels through serms and certain supplements. A wild card is kisspeptin-10, which increases gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). Although it doesn't hold a candle to the previous substances. Options for naturally increasing this include nofap, exercise (duh doy), certain supplements, sunning, and oneitismaxxing.
Effectiveness: 5/5 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1730811/

HGH
Also increases TDEE. Popular option includes Somatropin, However I firmly believe that peptides, specifically ipamorelin/cjc no dac 2-3x a day, mogs to Mumbai and back. There is also AOD-9604, which isolates the TDEE raising effects of hgh, however evidence is rocky at best. Options for naturally increasing include fasting (yay!), sprinting, and sleeping well. Mk677 Can be used, although is not recommended because it cranks hunger and cravings to 100.
Effectiveness: 3/5 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10352397/

Thyroxine (T4) and Triiodothyronine (T3)
Thyroid hormones increases TDEE by increasing the oxygen consumption of cells and the heat expenditure of cells. (sound familiar, DNPcels?) However only really needed if you're already deficient in these hormones.

Part 3 - Forbidden Methods
This next part has substances that should not be used in 99% percent of circumstances. The only exception would be for when you're oneitismaxxing, or when you have a time crunch and you gotta lose weight fast. These have pretty sever health risks if done incorrectly. You have been warned. With most of these, it's important to be careful and understand the risks. Also, some stimulants can cause appetite suppression, so that goes against rule #1. Sigh.

DNP

This basically works by making the mitochondria less efficient, so most of the energy gets released as heat. People have definitely died from this, and sourcing is difficult. As long as you have triple digit IQ, you can circumvent these two problems. DNP is protein sparing, so you won't have any issues with muscle loss (given that you don't cut too hard). However, this drug is absolutely retarded and is a looksmin. It bloats you, you sweat so much you can't sleep, tanks your thyroid hormones, You will lose strength, and will crave mainly carbs. You don't need this if youre doing everything else right. IF you do decide to use it however, start low and go slow. BAM15 (below) mogs anyways.
Effectiveness: 5/5 - https://looksmax.org/threads/most-misunderstood-drug-to-lose-1lbs-pure-fat-a-day-full-guide.1205522/

BAM15
Absolutely mogs DNP on paper. However the problem is that there's so little studies and anecdotal reports. It works through the same pathway as DNP, however it is much more selective. It also improves insulin sensitivity and reduces oxidative stress, which DNP has absolutely no benefits in. Not to mention it has no appetite effects, much less sweating, and does not have the carb/ bloating issue DNP has. I used it personally for a short time, however it wasn't long enough to see many effects. Most importantly, no deaths from bam15 have been reported.
Effectiveness: 4/5 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32519812/

Clenbuterol
Canelomaxxing, This is not a great way of raiding TDEE, ECA highkey mogs. Clen raises TDEE by about 200 calories a day, which isn't much, but I can add up. However it makes you jittery as hell and can blow up your heart, or thicken the heart vessels. Honestly the risk/reward ratio isn't there. Avoid.
Effectiveness: 2/5 - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12487599/

Cardarine
Just going to be straight up, the studies say this can cause cancer. This basically multiplies cardio, so if you're not doing cardio then there's no point. Also increases appetite so meh.
Effectiveness: 1/5 - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4421799/

ECA Stack
My personal favorite in this section. Contains: Ephedrine (precursor for meth lol), is a stimulant. Increases TDEE just because of its natur. Caffeine: Not mentioned in previous sections because long term it's not great. However, as a stimulant, it also increases TDEE. Aspirin: mainly just here to reduce side effects/ risks from the previous two. I used it when oneitismaxxing, and I was very locked in during class, I was moving at 2x speed. Was able to drop weight fast, but I was also starvemaxxing.
Effectiveness: 3/5 - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8384187/

Conclusion
Lowkey if you dont care too much about food or pigging out retatrutide will mog any and all of these. It doesn't hurt to do part 1 though, literally everyone should be doing it anyways for a healthy life. part #2 Most of you will reap the benefits of anyways. and part #3 Is only if you really need to. Have fun!
