In order to truly ascend, I do nedd to have surgery. The problem is I'm too afraid to.

It isn't because of how it may fuck up, or that it'll ruin my life.

It's about looking in the mirror after that surgery is done, and not being able to recognise myself. It sounds stupid, yes, but I truly believe I won't see myself.
Even if it's a simple procedure, I still have that thought in my head.

Despite thinking of the success it'll bring me, that holds me back.

This is such a weird hang up to me. Why do you not form your identity around your mind rather than your body which was given to you randomly . Your not getting a brain transplant your still you. Random mm of bone aren't you, they are merely arbitrary matter that formed a face that society does not deem as attractive.

Be pragmatic, why accept something that you didn't ask for or have any say in. Accepting something that happened due to random chance seems really beta to me tbh.
