I’m not sure how effective it’ll be at improving your frame if you’re past 21. It might improve your frame though so I suppose it’s worth a try but it does come with its risks though. Increased risk of diabetes and high blood pressure for example.

I'm over 5'6, but don't have confidence in claiming 5'7. I'd take anything honestly, preferably over 5'10 as that's the height I probably would have been naturally. Getting under that would make my efforts in vain. I'm not a coper taking hgh while their plates were fused. My father stopped growing 6.5years after my age, and 6 inches in height. I plan to cruise on ghrps until around that time
