There was a documentary my mom was watching about this 100 and something year old bosnian from sandzak, he is still bright for his age and still works on the farm like a champ. They asked him what he ate all his life and he said milk, cheese, suho meso, bread, butter and honey

Those south sudanese (Nilotes) are 1.85m on average so they are not as tall as the slavs from split and dubrovnik.

I was in Makarska multiple times. I can confirm that data with my own eyes. The paternal side of my family has Dalmatian an cestry so I’m familiar with the region
