I’ve always slept on one side (left side) which caused me to get used to tilting my head to my right. This lead to my tongue pushing up only my right and muscle tightness on my right side.

Just a warning out there. Stretch out your tighter sides of your neck and jaw, chew on both sides and only sleep on your back.
