The incel duality is a short fwhr and a long midface

Every other failo to this date has been curable these 2 are the only things I can't find a cure for.

Can't zygo implants increase fwhr?
I think the only non-fixable trait is close set eyes

I dont have long philtrum though also for the zygos thing possible but the issue is you need to account for the bigional widgth as well as long as trying to find a way to increase the temporal widgth

MSE to increase fwhr. Facepullling to (maybe) shorten midface. Lf1 with ccw also increase fwhr. Plus zygo implants as mentioned
