Raffaini is god tier.

The only thing is...he reduced her jaw (which the patient needed btw, perfectly done), but legit I can't find a case where he augments a jaw, making it wider (either male or female patient)...he is a god send for people with jaws too wide or chins too big but probably not as good for someone that wants a wider jaw or a lower gonial angle.
