is by being a strength guy not aesthetics guy, and absolutely forget doing this if u have muscle dysmorphia. you will get scared when u come off at how u lose muscle/water and storage factors and look way worse, so u will either go back on or just get demoralised and quit lifting. whereas u do lose strength esp. on bench but not as drastically and it doesnt demoralise you as much.
this guy who used to be a famous PLer permablasted for years to a 900lb deadlift, came off, lost a shitload of muscle, and now wants to enrol in testing for natty PL (for some reason lol).
he is an example of how u can come off but you CANNOT do this if you have muscle dysmorphia.
