1. Reta / Tirz.
Makes it easy to stay lean for life. Reta as the base. I get sides with it and like the reduced food noise from Tirz so I prefer that.
2. HGH
Infinite recovery, better skin/ joints/ hair, more muscle growth indirectly and better sleep. Just goated all round. Don’t push the dosages high though.
3. HCG
Basically for anyone who’s enhanced, if you’re not roiding what are you even doing lmao. HCG keeps your balls kicking and has a lot of benefits like bigger loads and better mood. Sorta needed tbh.
Everything else is basically cope or very situational. IGF-1 or CJC-1295 and stuff is cope. BPC-157 and TB-500 are okay but situational, only if you’re injured. Semax and Selank are okay but overhyped. Tesamorelin is overrated as fuck. NAD+, MOTS-C I mean just be lean and exercise nigga which the above peptides help you do and you get the benefits. MT2 and GHK-CU just get sunlight and do skincare.
Realistically you can run the 3 above for life and get 80% of the benefits of all Peptides ever. I’m not saying everything else is totally useless but I’m talking bang for your buck.
