DEBLOATING IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PILLERS IN LOOKSMAXXING.
Ever noticed skinny people walking around with bloated faces ? The topic of Bloating goes deeper than fat.
Bloating is the fastest way of going from chad to Subhuman level.

The fuck is Bloating ??
Bloating is not always fat. It's fluid retention, gaseous buildup, result of poor sleep, stress, etc. Especially visible on your face.
It's usually caused when you consume food high in sodium (Salt).
Poor digestion is also a big cause of bloating. If your gut health is all fucked up, you'll look fucked up too.
Role of Lymphatic system
Think of it like a sewage system of your body, cuz I wanna explain allat in the easy way for greys. Your body is constantly pushing protiens, water etc, we call this lymph. When the lymphatic system functions normally its supposed to drain all that lymph out, but it has no pump unlike ur bloodstream.
But when you have a sedentary lifestyle, watching netflix, ig, yt slop. Its gonna slow down. So your lymph is gonna get stuck in your face, ass, etc locations.
When you eat food with excess sodium like a fucking pig, it will cause water retention.
HOW THE HELL DO WE DEBLOAT???
These are some steps:
DRINK WATER : No explanation needed I guess, drink water so your body doesnot have to store it in your face or whatever location.
DO CARDIO: Do any form of cardio like sprinting, skipping rope, cycling, tennis, martial arts etc. whatever makes you sweat the most, the goal is to pee and sweat out all the excess fluid out of your body and face. Just make sure the form of cardio releases little cortisol because cortisol will cause you to get bloated again.
INCREASE POTASSIUM INTAKE: CONSUME Foods like Bananas, potato, spinach, Mangoes, Popular ones like Banana, Avacado are rich in potassium. Keep the ratio of potassium to sodium atleast 2:1, get 2x potassium of your sodium intake. I would suggest you keep it 4:1 or 5:1 dont take risk.
TAKE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES IF YOU GOT DIGESTION PROBLEMS, DON'T NEGLECT THIS STEP.
