no. you are sweating the excess retained water. Drinking water is important because when the body needs water and doesnt get it, it will store it for survival leading to bloating. hope this clears it out.

As I said drink enough water that's the prerequisite and #1 way to debloat caffeine helps to mobilise fat cells and fasted cardio bumps up fat oxidation to 85-90% meaning most of the calories you are burning are from fat it helps with both fat loss and debloat so yeh you could theoretically eat fuck ton of sodium and still look great as long as you are drinking enough water and do cardio

Just take Eplerenone daily 25mg-50mg and enjoy

Just need to take care of blood pressure and super high levels of potassium, but apart from that, ts is magic, even though you eat normal (normal sodium, normal potassium) it will debloat you since it blocks aldosterone

DO CARDIO: Do any form of cardio like sprinting, skipping rope, cycling, tennis, martial arts etc. whatever makes you sweat the most, the goal is to pee and sweat out all the excess fluid out of your body and face. Just make sure the form of cardio releases little cortisol because cortisol will cause you to get bloated again.
INCREASE POTASSIUM INTAKE: CONSUME Foods like Bananas, potato, spinach, Mangoes, Popular ones like Banana, Avacado are rich in potassium. Keep the ratio of potassium to sodium atleast 2:1, get 2x potassium of your sodium intake. I would suggest you keep it 4:1 or 5:1 dont take risk.
TAKE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES IF YOU GOT DIGESTION PROBLEMS, DON'T NEGLECT THIS STEP.

Sauna helps you sweat alot so I include it here.
GET GOOD SLEEP AND TRY TO MANAGE STRESS: Lack of sleep and Stress causes cortisol and aldesterone release, which signals your body to hold on to water waste.
DIET: Decrease consumption of processed Foods, and foods high in sodium content
