Fuck off kinobody.Abs don't matter much tbh. They aren't visible 90% of the time. Here are the 6 aesthetic muscles:
1. Neck (duh)
2. Upper Chest (plate armor looking chest)
3. Lateral Deltoid (width of shoulder)
4. Lats (width of back)
5. Triceps (largest mass of arm)
6. Forearms (always visible)
Train every muscle ofc to a good degree and work hard on them but make these the centre of your aesthetics training and put a special focus on them. These are the muscles that will cause you to be yoked and look amazing in a shirt and naked. It's why superheros look so good.
