The Only Muscles That Matter

Abs don't matter much tbh. They aren't visible 90% of the time. Here are the 6 aesthetic muscles:

1. Neck (duh)
2. Upper Chest (plate armor looking chest)
3. Lateral Deltoid (width of shoulder)
4. Lats (width of back)
5. Triceps (largest mass of arm)
6. Forearms (always visible)

Train every muscle ofc to a good degree and work hard on them but make these the centre of your aesthetics training and put a special focus on them. These are the muscles that will cause you to be yoked and look amazing in a shirt and naked. It's why superheros look so good.
Fuck off kinobody.

Mate, do some more browsing before you post this sort of shit, you'll find that PSL is pretty much totally exhausted, it's been mined as far as it can go, there are a million threads out there that this thread is a replica of. Literal fucking joker ay.

Are you talking about Upper Back (width) or Upper Back (thickness)?
Thickness, but it also includes the upper traps, which can be seen from the front.

Yes promise I saw them on my Instagram FYP but I forgot to screenshot

WWhenever they pop up again I'll show you
They just look like boneless fags with big necks, its comical
@me
Also fix head posture before training neck
If you got natural good gonions, your neck will be naturally thicker (dead ass)
I have good gonions, like they're spikes, and my neck is 14.5" so average at 17-18. It is wider in width from the front though. Need to train :redpill:

Agreed. Back thickness and Upper Traps do matter, but they only matter if you have good width and broad shoulders. A thick, but narrow back doesn't look good and narrow shoulders with big traps looks weird

You're kidding, right?
nah man. super big triceps look wack, they are not aesthetic and completely devour the delts. if you have small looking calves everyone thinks you have small legs

No one gets super big triceps without extreme specialisation or roids

I agree with the specialisation part, it doesnt have to be extreme but I think there are more aesthetically pleasing muscles that are always showing.

I'd say that if you train your delts and triceps, your arms will look big in clothes and shirtless and since you're training your shoulders they won't overpower them. Keep in mind that the Triceps make up 70% of the upper arm.

ill agree to disagree, delts should always be the main focus your biceps and triceps dont really matter. the chest, neck and visable areas are the most important imo
