Not much else matters
Face has 3 aspects. skin, hair and body fat. you can’t control anything else
skin: cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen, tretinoin
hair: fin + minox + microneedling + ket 2% shampoo + nioxin shampoo and have medium length hair
body fat: lose weight nigga
Height has 3 aspects. posture, frauding and decompression
posture: train rear delts and back and stand straight
frauding: get 1 to 2 inch insoles MAX and/or elevator shoes
decompression: dead hangs every time you hit the gym. also trains grip
Frame/Body has 3 aspects. the v-taper, leanness and presentation
the v taper: blast Test 200 to 600mg per week and train delts, lats and arms. everything else is whatever.
leanness: don’t be fat
presentation: be tanned and, wear nice clothes
This is basically 90% of looksmaxxing
The best part is you can use drugs for basically all of this
Water thread but like I see people talk about surgeries and other random bullshit. like nigga if you just blast Test, get lean, get tanned, get a good haircut, fix height and height fraud, have clear skin you’ll 100% ascend 2-3 times
