How can you actually improve your looks, both physically and mentally?
I will be honest, even if you have a thousand facial flaws told to you by these brain dead incels, you can still actually look good as a man. These are the steps to actually be attractive. (PS: these will most likely not impact you if you’re giga mega recessed)
Step 1: Achieving low body fat and gaining some muscle
Low body fat is by far the main factor on facial aesthetics. Literally every attractive male alive is no higher than 13% body fat. For them it is not necessary to reach below 13 because their bones already compromise. For us normies it is necessary to be 13 and below body fat percentage.
Look up leanmaxxing guides but the most obvious answer to it is putting the goddamn fork down. Once you see shoulder and ab veins then you’re close to reaching your goal:

Honestly growing facial hair is important as fuck for men.
It can hide a long philtrum, a short chin, a narrow jaw, inward gonions, and the coloring of your facial hair will contrast really good(lighter colors is optimal).
Ideal facial hair in 2024 would be a goatee or a stubble, goatee for the younger users and stubble for the older ones.
