If all of this was true I wouldn't have half the success I have dating. Poll data show that most women find a lean physique the most attractive similar to brad pitt in fight club. Bulky muscular types don't do that well and body builders do the worst. However, since there are less muscular bulky men and more women that find them attractive (a niche) those muscular types do well for themselves but it does not have mass appeal.
