Did you just do UC or RF too? Because thr machine you bought included RF. Im not sure whether to buy the mini or the big 3 in 1.
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.

Im looking at buying the same one is it good?
Cant Aqualyx do the same thing but more controlled? very good thread though!IntroductionA few weeks ago, I made a post about hollow cheeks. In this post I mentioned using an ultrasound cavitation device for face fat loss. I have received plenty of questions about it since I made that post so I decided to make a guide.
Firstly let me point out that UC isn't exactly the safest thing in the world. Risks include:
Deafness
![]()
![]()
Blindness
Skin damage
Asymmetry
Burns
Thyroid damage
And more
But, as long as you aren't mentally retarded, (which I have witnessed a few people on here being so) and you do your research, you will be fine.
This guide is a how to, not a post explaining the science or how it really works. If you want that, see here:
https://looksmax.org/threads/ultrasound-cavitation-uc-non-surgical-alternative-to-bfr.1688103/
To sum it up, UC works by creating bubbles in fat that cause the fat to melt into a fluid, that you can then drain through your lymphatic system. It goes through the skin, and works without high heat.
Again, please use this at your own risk.
STEP 1: FINDING YOUR MACHINEThere are quite a few machines out there, and plenty are fake. What we want is a 35-40K hz Ultrasound cavitation machine. This is the one I use.
I believe the cheaper one from this brand works well also.
Whatever machine you buy, you will want to test to see it really works, so here's how:STEP 2: TESTING YOUR MACHINE IS REALSimply drop a few drops of water on the head of the machine and turn it on, to see if the water turns into mist. This shows that it's a real ultrasound. Here is an example:
View attachment 4425898
If you don't see this exact result, I've got bad news.STEP 3: GELNow we need to find and test a gel to use. The gel is EXTREMELY important, not only what type but how much of it you use. If you don't use enough gel, you can very easily burn your skin, and I'm speaking from experience. I burnt the fuck out of my cheeks on my second session, because I didnt use enough gel.
Now, it's recommended, however not required, to use ultrasound gel. For some reason I can't get any in my country, so I'm forced to use an alternative. I personally use aloe vera gel, and it works fine.
If you are like me and can't get ultrasound gel, you can test to see if your gel works.
The method I use is putting a layer of the gel on the head of my machine, then wrapping the head with foil, so the gel is in between the foil and the smooth chrome head of the machine. Next, place the machine with the gel and foil into a container or bowl of water, and hold it there for a few seconds. ensure the machine doesn't touch the bottom of the container. After turning the machine on, almost immediately holes will form in the foil. If you dont see any holes, your gel is fucking the ultrasound up, so try a different gel.STEP 4: MASKING.It's also very important to mask areas of your face off, so you are only hitting the target area. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP.
Hit any bone on your face too long? serious risk of losing your hearing forever.
Hit the wrong nerve? Blindness.
Hit your third area? It's over.
Mask all the bony areas on your face (eg zygos, mandable), and mask off your neck.
You can create a mask by using a layer of thin card like that from a cereal box. and taping it to your face. If tested, it does block cavitation. Test yourself with the tine foil method I mentioned above,
In my first session, I didn't mask off any areas and I had bad hearing damage for a week or so.STEP 5: THE PROCEDUREPrior to beginning, I recommend drinking about 2L of water an hour beforehand.
Start by applying a generous amount of gel to your desired area. Next you want to power on your device to its lowest setting. I recommend you use the lowest setting on your first session to see how you react. Then going to no more than 4/5 strength on additional sessions. Glide the device across your area of choice, ensuring not to hit any bones. Once the machine comes into contact with your skin it will sound much louder due to the vibration. The closer you go to a bone, the louder it gets, so try to keep the machine as quiet as possible.
I personally do 15 minutes on my left cheek, then 15 on the right, followed by 15 on my submental region.
Make sure the machine doesn’t overheat, you will probably have to stop and reapply the gel every 5 minutes.
Also ensure you are always moving the device, don’t hold it in one spot as this can cause bad damage to your face.STEP 6: POST PROCEDURENow this step is where I see most people go wrong. A lot of people don’t realise that what you do after, and what you don’t do, can cause the process to not work at all, and cause you to miss out on all of the results
As I mentioned earlier, UC turns fat into a fluid that gets drained out of your lymphatic system. If you don’t help this process significantly, the fat will restore in the same place.
So here’s how you actually drain the fluid.
Start by doing all the usual things you would to debloat. Cardio, sauna, drinking loads of water, lots of potassium ect.
Another great trick is to slightly raise the top of your bed, so it’s on an angle, that way you drain more fluid in your sleep. I’ve also noticed this keeps you from being as bloated first thing in the morning so i recommend this for everyone.
However the most important thing is what you eat following the procedure. To get maximum results, eat as little carbs as possible.
I personally take this further by fasting for around 35 hours after every session.
Keep in mind I do UC once a week, as an aggressive approach. So for example if I do UC on a Monday night, I won’t eat until Wednesday afternoon. This is unrealistic for most people, but lean is law, right?
I have a decent amount of muscle, completely natural, and I still am gaining muscle despite only eating 6 days a week, so don’t worry about becoming catabolic.
I am also MOSTLY on a carnivore diet, so this would also help ALOT as I have an extremely low carb intake.
Another tip is to use a gua sha. Yes, I know it’s usually bullshit, but it does help for our goal of draining fluid from the face. You can also just use your hands and replicate the motion.ConclusionUC can be risky. But it also does give results. real, studied, results. Remember, this gets rid of FAT. Not fluid, if you are just bloated then you are wasting your time and money. I also believe UC should be considered near the last option. Try for at least a year to lose fat normally. If you are morbidly obese obviously it won’t work. This is for people who have unfortunate fat storage genetics. I personally, am very lean, as I said eat basically only meat, have very visible abs and veins on biceps and shoulders ect, yet still have fat in my face. This is because everyone stores fat differently, we’ve all seen super fat people with a lean face, it's just luck of the draw, like most things to do with looks.
Ive also found a funny way to see around how much fat still remains in your face, because remember, if you are very ressesed, no matter how much fat you lose you wont get a good ogee curve, so If you think you have face fat because you dont have an ogee curve, I guess you could to this trick to see if you are fat or not.
simply get a air gun and blow the air on your cheeks, like this,
As you can see. ive got a bit to go.
At the time of this post I have done 4 sessions, all one week apart, and seen great results.
I do UC because nothing else works, and it’s also legal, unlike importing fat dissolvers (at least in my country).
Please be careful using UC, as the risks are certainly very real.
Best of luck to everyone.

Great thread bro. Having angularity in the face is the most slept on lookmax and easily top 3 ways to make yourself mog. I personally am a person that stores more fat in my face. I literally have so much veins running thorough my arms and abs while being 15%bf and when I was around 12% my face was still pretty chubby. I’ve done lemon bottle which was a complete waste of money and time. Really looking into this because losing face fat would probally bring me from like MTN to LHTN as it’s my biggest nerf. Is there anywhere where I could find a video of someone performing this on themselves or something?IntroductionA few weeks ago, I made a post about hollow cheeks. How is your swelling now 3 days later? Im 24 hours post session 11.5 minutes each cheek, definitely good amount of edema though not as much as i really thought it would be. Still have ringing and muffled hearing tho its significantly better.Did my first session, ears are ringing a bit though. Doing the same aggressive approach like you - 15 minutes each cheek.
i didnt really have swelling, idk maybe I was doing something wrong. I got the machine from Freyara. The hearing improved for me too.How is your swelling now 3 days later? i used a mychway machine, the brand seems to be more reputable than the alternative mentioned here tho they are all just white labeled from china, and i maxed it out at energy level 10.What’s your settings
Great, I have the same device. Have been playing it safe doing 10 min on 6 power but just gonna do 10 power now. How have your results been? Since we have from same brand it’ll be good to collect datai used a mychway machine, the brand seems to be more reputable than the alternative mentioned here tho they are all just white labeled from china, and i maxed it out at energy level 10.
You feel slight discomfort on ur cheek while doing UC, right? I switched from 4/5 frequency to 3/5, I noticed my cheeks didnt burn anymore and I actually had fluid built up in my cheeks immediately post session.i used a mychway machine, the brand seems to be more reputable than the alternative mentioned here tho they are all just white labeled from china, and i maxed it out at energy level 10.

and i did everything masked bones everything was right ig
yes if you want any questions ask me on pvI have the same model as you, had u found anything about the recommendes power?
i was trying puffing my checks tbh dont change anything and rinigng in the ears i was probably having for max like 24 hours and it stoppedHey bro Did you find any way to reduce ringing in the ears. What about puffing out cheeks. Or even having keeping whater in the nouth. To try to insulate it
Damn I thought UC was a one and done type thing.IntroductionA few weeks ago, I made a post about hollow cheeks. In this post I mentioned using an ultrasound cavitation device for face fat loss. I have received plenty of questions about it since I made that post so I decided to make a guide.
Firstly let me point out that UC isn't exactly the safest thing in the world. Risks include:
Deafness
![]()
Blindness
Skin damage
Asymmetry
Best of luck to everyone.

good luck man, i'll have to do my research on how to do it safely before i starti got the 4 in 1 still doing sessions seeing gradual results
why are you doing uc if you got buccal?good luck man, i'll have to do my research on how to do it safely before i start
BFR only targets buccal fat, UC targets all the different fats in the face, currently still waiting for the full BFR results but after they set in if i still feel some fat I wanna get rid of I wanna clean it up with a few UC sessions, tbh there's a good chance I'll be satisfied with the results but Im playing it safe and doing research on UC ahead of timewhy are you doing uc if you got buccal?
Hey man could u tag me in the results im gonna use this thread once my UC device gets hereNo, once the fat is melted it becomes a fluid. It now no longer has the properties of fat, and needs to be drained, basically the same way you would do a very aggressive debloat, before the liquid fat re-stores on the face.

This is a little late but I’m having problems with the masking should I just cut card board from like a cereal box and tape it onto my bony areas?IntroductionA few weeks ago, I made a post about hollow cheeks. In this post I mentioned using an ultrasound cavitation device for face fat loss. I have received plenty of questions about it since I made that post so I decided to make a guide.
Firstly let me point out that UC isn't exactly the safest thing in the world. Risks include:
Deafness
![]()
Blindness
Skin damage
Asymmetry

@Mandibulary Pleeease dm bro i cant even view your profileIntroductionA few weeks ago, I made a post about hollow cheeks. In this post I mentioned using an ultrasound cavitation device for face fat loss. I have received plenty of questions about it since I made that post so I decided to make a guide.
Firstly let me point out that UC isn't exactly the safest thing in the world. Risks include:
Deafness
![]()
Blindness
Skin damage
Asymmetry
