I did 5 rounds of 1 min thumb face pulling then hold a perma squint for 2 min. By the end by lower eye area had a pump and look more fuller as if I was curling biceps in the gym. Gonna apply the nucleus overload theory by training it for two weeks to see if I Notice any difference
