3 Men same age background everything identical one gets all his vitamins from food the 2nd gets it from pills and the 3rd doesn't give a fuck for 1 year how would this effect hair and skin? I don't give a fuck about health only those 2 would the 1st man eating healthy af and no sugar everyday even benefit a lot or is it all genetic
