Thing is with shirt I dont look that bad but I have high bodyfat without it so my body isnt really defined. Therefore the skinnyfat look without shirt

I would highly agree with you on this one, If you have wide ribcage ussaly wide clavicles are supported aswell.
Thats why my clavicles are a bit above avg for people my age
