A lot of u gymcels have to stop coping and thinking that simply doing neck curls will make it seem like u lift. start putting ur attention towards training your entire body and STOP being lazy by only doing neck curls 3 times a week and thinking "that's enough" cause "muh neck is only thing that matters".

Point is, your neck will grow from just eating and doing compound movements and you'll look bigger overall than if you just did neck curls. obv pete is a genetic freak but this is just an example. muh neck was at its best when i started doing oly lifting for a year tbh.

I've been doing full body lifts and specifically targeting my neck as well for a few months now and I've made no gains. My goal is just to get to 14 inches to be in the normal range.

I think it's just genetics. And in all the before and after pictures I've seen of neck gains the before picture already had a good sized neck.

Lifting is pointless if you don't have enough testosterone or shit genetics.

ive been following him for years, never heard him mention that he does in his q and a's and pretty sure someone asked him if he does and he said "no". i meant directly with isolation exercises like neck curls and neck bridges. deadlifts work the neck indirectly.

By that logic, everyone on a gram of gear would have a huge neck
 
i have 17 inch neck and have never done a neck isolation exercise in my life

simply by doing compounds such as: weighted pullups, deadlifts, heavy overhead presses, heavy rows, etc etc

honestly i laugh my ass off imagining PSL kids not actually training anything besides “neck curls”

most ppl who complain about having no neck are overall extremely skinny.

to be fair pete rubish DLs in the mid 900s and is extremely heavily enhanced so of course his neck/traps will be huge lul but u make good points. focus on the big compounds first. then if u need neck work u can add it in.
