I'm high as shit and wanted something new, so i did this:
1.5 cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese 158 kcal 22.5g protein
4 tbsp PB2 Peanut Butter 100 kcal 12g protein
1/2 cup blueberries 40 kcal
Some vanilla extract, cinnamon, and artificial sweetener
35 grams of protein in 300 calories
Mix the PB2 with the vanilla and microwave a bit, then add it to some cold cottage cheese (i used the nonfat cuz I'm cutting, don't come with that autistic keto screeching). Then add the other ingredients and mix, it tastes awesome
