You can't rewire your brain to become NT. The personalitypill is actually way more brutal than the lookspill because it's FAR easier to change your looks than your personality. If not impossible. My psych even said that if they have 30+ yo's with personality issues, they don't even bother changing their personality at all anymore because their brains are already too far gone and static. All they do is try to make them cope with their shitty situation. I guess it's similarly applicable to 20+ yo's. Most of your personality is set in stone in your childhood+teenage years imo. If you face rejection/bullying, that's going to affect the rest of your life to come.

Therapy is cope btw, I already tried that shit and it's trash. If you have mental problems you are on your own in this world. Tough shit.
