thoughts on yohimbine for fat loss?

has anyone tried it and is it worth buying? dose? I do cardio (mostly incline treadmill so it won't get my heart rate over 150 bpm) but can I just take it after cardio?

No you take it before cardio and it has to be fasted cardio, it does help especially in stubborn areas
