Thumbpulling with Mse??

I've had mse on for about a year and now its just sitting in my mouth because I've finished my turns. I've gotten some expansion but now in some way, Im still feeling a bit recessed. Would thumb pulling help me ascend more since my sutures aren't as strong as before expansion?

You're not recessed, you sphenoid is just sinking your face down so the palate floor is too low so there is inadequete space for your tongue due to its height, not oral volume.
