His nostrils don't point down at the sides anymore, if that was caused by pimples they would be so big that'd they also portrude into the hole of the nose and change the inner shape of the nostril. + The base of the nostrils was wider than the inner edge of each of his eyes, and now is way slimmer -> rhino

Although it may be possible that accutane shrinks it, but it would be very very slight. However I'm no expert on accutane, not even skincare because I never need it.

I doubt it's true but if it is, lifefuel for bignosecels like me. A big nose that doesn't suit your face completely ruins you. Also, the oily/acne part is an additional benefit since i do suffer from those issues. Now to see where i can acquire this without a doctors prescription. Just noticed aswell that he used it for 3 years, that's a long time to be using a corticosteroid cream.

It's not ideal if the moment you stop taking it, the oil comes back. Need to find a better long term option since you can't be taking these steroid creams for such long periods.

Too many variables on it not turning out how you want it to/going bad. Nose shape is really complicated and i've seen way too many people who have done Rhino end up with less than acceptable noses. They fuck it up once, then it becomes even harder to fix it a 2nd time and so on. Furthermore, there's only so much you can do with a long, big bulbous nose. Surgery isn't magic, your nose isn't going to become small and thin when you have twice the mass/length of other people.

tbf, if you can get a temporary improvement on your nose while simultaneously fixing skin issues, it's a W. should still get rhino tho.

Success does not equal getting the desirable result. What doctors call success is a surgery that had no complications/issues but in my eyes a successful surgery is one that gave the person the desired change they were after, and i can confidently say that most rhinos don't go like people want them to. That's either because the surgeon isn't good enough or the desired result was simply unrealistic with what they had to work with and the surgeon still lied to them and told them it was attainable just to take their money, e.g. nose too big/wide to turn into a feminine thin one etc. Another thing i rarely ever see talked about is that your nose is going to keep growing and i see people who have had rhino that initially looks good but 5-7 years down the line, their nose looks horrible because it either kept growing and fucked everything up and they now look bogged or something else. UFC presenter Megan Olivi is a prime example of this. She had rhino many years ago and now her nose looks bogged. I'll see if i can find the pictures i had of her.

You should still do it, but just keep in mind you may not get the nose you were promised and always keep your expectations realistic.. Fingers crossed buddy.

I'm still young so I have plenty of time to research better, I'll make sure to keep my expectations small and realistic tho.
