Im 15 years old, Tanner stage 3, bone age around 13. I want to optimize natural growth hormone and IGF-1 pulses. I currently take

L-Arginine 500–1000 mg per capsule

L-Lysine 500 mg per capsule

L-Tyrosine 500 mg per capsule

Bovine Colostrum 300–500 mg per capsule

L-Ornithine 500 mg per capsule

Gelatin + Glycine 500–1000 mg per capsule

Melatonin 0.5–3 mg per tablet

Rhodiola Rosea 250–500 mg per capsule (~3% rosavins)

Zinc 20–30 mg per capsule

Magnesium 200–400 mg per capsule

Vitamin D3 1000–2000 IU + K2 100 mcg per capsule

Ashwagandha 300–600 mg per capsule


What time should I take at, which ones do I have to cycle and Wich ones do I have to skip (for example not working out this day) yes I know this is all bullshit nigger cope but I'm not trying to hop on Test or fucking hgh, when the time comes I will.

Just take it all at once and why not tesyt and hgh the stuff u listed aren't that important

1000-2000iu of D3 is almost useless. Get something with at least 4-5k, 10k would be ideal.

I get lots of sun, 9 months is summer, during winter I up it, I also drink like 2 l of milk a day

Bro these doctors doctors near me are sub-3 anti peptide, anti fucking anything. They don't even want to recommend men MARPE, I did my own research. I know these supplements aren't as good as injections but I can't take that rn.
