my stats:
1,80 cm and 59kg

i'm not going to claim i eat 20.000 kcal a day and can't gain weight like Mr. FBI-Account does:
1591952896982


Problem:
On a more serious note.
i can't eat enough calories to gain weight and i know i have to.
i track my intake with myfitnesspal but as i am very underweight i have a "small body" and stomach if i overeat i'm on the verge of puking and feel like shit for multiple hours, can't get shit done because of it and also can't eat anything else due to the fact i'm feeling sick and full.

are here any former underweight bros that were in the same position and have overcome these problems?
All i want is a normal well-developed body.

pizza, weightgainer shakes, milk. Just drink tbh its easier than eating calories

Just eat a bunch of egg yolks, high fat, high calorie, nutritionally dense.
or maybe consider ghrelin receptor agonists like ghrp-2 or ghrp-6, that'll help boost your appetite.

Fast Food is the ultimate bulker, do that for a period of time while also training hard and you'll see real results, I know real cases. Just eating meat with rice or any other popular bodybuilding crappy advice is gigacope in your case.
 
I've gained 2 stone in 5 months, the best way to add a shake, and try to keep a schedule, as if we eat the same time everyday we expect it and feel hungry, try to eat multiple meals. and count calories, steadily adding this will stretch your stomach, also i found stomach vacuums helped to get food down and digest faster. Also drinking too much liquid while eating, will feel you up faster. Also eating while sitting will limit your stomach, try to eat while standing and move around, not in circles though as you will feel dizzy. Also you can time yourself, to keep you motivated to eat faster, this works well tbh.

i've been working out for over a year straight 4 times a week and don't gain much muscle because i can't eat enough. all i get is lean and exhausted

stuff urself with pizza, cheese toast (with fat amounts of ketchup) burgers burritos nuggets wedges drink apple juice or coke only
 
I never needed any tips on gaining weight, I just kinda existed
