Diet isnt cope, to have a developed face you need test at some point in your life, wether its in the womb, early life, childhood, or teenage years. You need horomones to develop properly. the most optimal calorie deficit should be mild as agressive cuts come at the cost of losing muscle aswell. if youre gymmaxxing just do a few hundred calorie deficit, train hard and to failure with high protein intake.
