I’m starting the cut to 12% bf tmr. Any tips on how big my deficit should be, and also how to deal with hunger naturally.
 
if you dont gaf just use nicotine tbf

But what if diiets cope. Psl gods don’t care about what they eat so it would make me feel worse

Diet isnt cope, to have a developed face you need test at some point in your life, wether its in the womb, early life, childhood, or teenage years. You need horomones to develop properly. And diet increases test therefore its not direct cope

eat high volume low calorie foods. abuse low calorie sauces and stuff, eat slowly, space your meals out, get busy so you dont have so much time to eat.


the most optimal calorie deficit should be mild as agressive cuts come at the cost of losing muscle aswell. if youre gymmaxxing just do a few hundred calorie deficit, train hard and to failure with high protein intake.
