Just wan to know what muscles are underdeveloped and any tips im going to be running test hgh and var do i have potential or dnr

Ya im definitely skinny is my frame underdeveloped? What do you think is realistic gains from like 3 months ive also nvr went to the gym.
 
Nvr gone i wasnt really hopping on for gains but i thought might aswell
start lifting brah but i wouldnt focus on weakpoints or hopping on for atleast a year in consistent and smart lifting

ur frame isnt that bad especially when u gain mass but it depends what ur cycle will be. In 3 months blasting u can definitely have a huge difference

just hit every muscle 2 times a week train hard keep a good diet, and then you could maybe think about hopping on. but ig you could start hgh now

Ya i have a routine made just im gna try at least 5 times a week and ya if i was hopping on just for muscle i would wait but im not. But im wna go for like a v taper look so any tips on that?

300 test 30var 8iu gh.

then ig you should start your gym sessions with shoulders and lats

Ya thats what i thought also ppl ik said dont train abs as it widens ur waist is that true?
Abs are fine.
Obliques are what your on about and no they will not get blocky enough for you to have a wide waist.

Trained abs and obliques at a low bf are aesthetic.

Also im not sure if this is bad but my ribs sit up it makes my waist longer. Any way to fix or just genetics

Genetics im assuming..

I would highly recommend you spend minimum a few months in the gym before running any cycles.
You need knowledge and experience of the gym before actually doing anything.
