300 test 30var 8iu gh.ur frame isnt that bad especially when u gain mass but it depends what ur cycle will be. In 3 months blasting u can definitely have a huge difference

Obliques are what your on about and no they will not get blocky enough for you to have a wide waist.
Trained abs and obliques at a low bf are aesthetic.
